The JCLI Landscape Works Contract with Contractor’s Design (JCLI LWCD 2008) is very similar to the JCLI LWC 2008 but incorporates provisions for discrete elements of the work to be designed by the Contractor. It is not appropriate as a Design and Build Contract. JCLI Practice Note No 8 is issued with it. The price includes VAT and delivery.
