This note outlines implications of water shortages and restrictions for the landscape practitioner and how watering may be specified in landscape contracts.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This guidance was originally published in 1996, and some sections are in need of updating. Additionally, many water authorities no longer allow water points. Other elements of the guidance may also have been affected by legislative and regulatory changes since its publication.
