Landscape Institute - inspiring great places

Consultation responses

Background

The LI's Policy and Technical Committees regularly prepare submissions to Government departments and agencies in response to national public consultations on wide range of landscape issues. Committee members will normally draft the Institute's response to a consultation, which will then be formally submitted by LI staff.

The active involvement of LI members is essential in developing informed and persuasive consultation responses. This is a key opportunity for the LI to influence national policy areas relevant to the profession and the Institute's core objectives. If you're interested in helping contribute to LI policy responses, contact Stephen Russell, LI Policy and Public Affairs Officer.
